Is TVI Express a scam or not?

Recently I've just heard about this network business (or MLM) with the company name TVI Express. I am not really a hard core expert on MLM matters and so it would be helpful from those who have background to kindly give me some tips or advice that I might have overlook in assessing this company. Some say it is a scam but others say it is not. I was offered the business and also the opportunity to become a member by shelling out about $US300.

I see...I have explored the link you have given and thank you for the information. Just lately, this so called TVI company has reached Philippines and quoting from the member who talked to me, members here are already 30,000 plus and growing fast. Until now they keep on inviting me to join but then, after reading the article in the link, I have more reasons not to join. Thank you.

hey haronics,why u r looking for this with a investment of us300$,instead of that i will recoomend u jss tripler which u can start with 10$ and u donot have to recruit anyone

It was just introduce to me by a colleague actually. But then, something inside me makes me feel its a fishy thing. I have access the link that was provided by one member here. The information have given me some red flags which are easily overlooked by those unwary.
