What are the best fruits and vegetables, that if you eat, it really increases your energy so much, you can work long afterwards, even even though it doesn't substitute the food consistencies. So, it would be sufficient for a long effort, giving energy.

I'd say all vegetable are healthy provided they are not loaded with chemicals. So I always prefer the organically grown vegetables for my family. And one thing I always remember is to keep the nutrients in the veggies intact. I don't allow cooking to destroy the nutrients because any vegetable can be rendered useless if we overcook it. So to me it is better to ear the veggies that can be eaten raw to get the full benefits and if the veggies need cooking, never ever overcook.

Beets are very healthy, which is good cause I love pickled beets. From what I've heard the brightest colored vegetables are usually healthiest. As far as energy I'm not really sure. The brightest ones are usually full of antioxidents which help prevent diseases but I don't know if they increase energy. Fruits are probably better for energy. I think bananas, blueberries, mangos, and most berries are pretty good for energy.
