My experience in programming is already being my past. I learned pascal, basic, fortran, delphi and vb along time ago. Actually it is not difficult. Programming is a logical task. If you have strong logic then you can program well. The hard thing for me is remembering all the syntax. With the fast development of IT world, the programming language is changing fast, so the syntax keep on developing. I can not adapt with that. That is why I give up with programming long time ago.

A good habit. You continue to learn, and always trying to learn. That's a very good habit. I hope, you can learn well, and can understand what you are studying. Learning is a good thing, so you have to keep doing something good. Happy studying.

I am not familiar with xml but apparently it is for transport and store data While html will control how a web site looks like xml does nothing in that area but is an extensible web page language. Keep in mind that there are editors available to create these things but it is fun and good to learn about how and what these languages do Here is a tutorial web site http://www.w3schools.com/XML/xml_whatis.asp

May be, if you start a blog [assuming you don't have one right now] you'll have a practical way of learning as well as using various types of coding. And the best as well as authentic website that you may bookmark is the w3schools online. It has tutorials on almost every web language, practical exercises and even certifications. Go for it, you will thank yourself for being with it.
