whats the happen of Telkomsel

iam not Telkomsel user..but my family is telkomsel user..only me who did not use Telkomsel card..
and since 1 weeks ago, my family complaint and ask me, why the signal of telkomsel is very bad..whats happen??
and i search , and i found, maybe the reason is many factors..
but i read in one news that Telkomsel worker still making strikes about their wages..
do you believe the reduced of signal quality was caused the strikes??
if you are telkomsel user, do you feel what my family experience??

i am telkomsel user before. but, i stopped to use it because suddenly i loose my pulse. sometimes, the signal is very bad. short message pending, internet connection very slow. yes, i saw that news before, that telkomsel workers stopped work and make a demonstration. I think, as the high class telecomunication operator in indonesia, telkomsel must rebuild their managemen and service.

I was a Telkomsel user too but not anymore because of the tariff o telkomsel are quite higher than othe operators. But i still using it as the internet provider for my Computer. I noticed that the signal is getting weaker but still in the range of usable signal only make the slow intenet connection getting more slower. Well i didn't know about the reason but i think Telkomsel must find a solution for this problem as fast as possible if the don't want to lose their costomers.
