Size of your television screen

Hello! So Black Friday deals are leaking out and I am looking to purchase a television for my parents. I realized that there's a a variety of sizes to choose from and deciding the best size for my parents is more difficult than I thought. I think 42 inch screens are the largest I'll go because any wider than that, I feel that the screen is too overwhelming. Anything less than 42 inch doesn't seem as appealing. 42 inch is the perfect size in my opinion :) So what size or how wide of television screens you think is the best and why?

I use to think size really didn't make a difference until purchasing a 42 inch screen this year. The Amazing Race is one of my favorite shows and seeing the show on the big clear screen helped me see the places they traveled better and the impressive landscapes. I could see more of the land. I couldn't afford a bigger screen. The one I have is a used television and certainly am glad to have this one. Certain television shows I really don't want to watch on my small computer.

I used to think that size didn't really matter also in the past. But now I realize that the things we watch are much clearer and you don't see all the little boxes or pixels that we may see on computer screens.

32 is great. The one in my bedroom is 32 and it's a good size. Have a good day!
