hello mylotter.. usually after working or thinking something, i feel hungry. but i already eat 2 until 3 hours before. it is healthy or not?

I am always hungry but I notice it more when I am not busy. So I guess just keep your self busy. but there is no harm in eating so if you are really hungry then just eat. Drink water also because you might be confusing your thirst to hunger. I also read that eating every three hours is good for your metabolism. Practice portion control though. I mean like don't eat cheeseburger every three hours.

I always feel hungry after a lot of studying, thinking not body work. I think it's normal if you use energy (one way or the other) you have appetite as well. You can ignore that feeling and see it as a way to loose weight or eat because your body seems to need it. It's not about how many times you eat but about what you eat and if you eat without an end that makes it unhealthy. I think one should eat when he/she feels hungry. Not when it's called to be breakfast, lunch or dinner time.
