So anybody going to see the new Twilight movie--Breaking Dawn? My granddaughter who is 10 has watched the other ones, but the trailers I have seen from this one.I doubt she will get to watch this one or the next one.I will preview it before she watches it. Any Twilight fans here? What do you think about them breaking it into 2 movies? I would have sit through both. I like the movie a lot,but I don't get crazy about it as I have seen some do. When I read the book, somehow I wasn't picturing someone like Robert Pattinson for Edward. But I am older,so I had a different picture in my mind.

Yeah, Breaking Dawn may not be too appropriate for a 10 year old. I'm sure they'll do certain scenes tastefully but still, she doesn't need to sit there watching it. In my opinion, the movies don't live up to the books at all. I also had a different picture for Edward and Robert Pattinson doesn't really fit. The acting in the movies is terrible and awkward. Even though I like the books better, I still go to the movies and see all the Twilight movies.

I agree with the acting.I like the books a lot better. And I still will see the movie and even add it to my collection. After all I have all the books,so I decided I might as well add the movies, also.I do like the movies. And I know they are geared toward the younger generation.Maybe the last 2 will be better as for the acting.I do enjoy watching the movies from time to time. But I had much rather read the books.More detail and I can get my own images.lol

Definitely, so far I've bought all the dvd since I have the books as well. Even though I think the movies are pretty bad, I still enjoy watching them and seeing the books come to life from someone else's perspective. Breaking Dawn should be pretty good, it's a book with a lot of things that happened. I just can't get over Kristen Stewart's emotionless acting. One night my boyfriend and I were watching New Moon and we noticed how bad she was at some of the parts and it made us laugh. She only has one emotion and expression the entire time and I think that's what ruins the Twilight movie series for me.

I am not a twilight fan. Both my daughters are....they have read all the books etc. I saw on HGTV the other night where someone decorated their house with a Twilight theme. I won't be seeing the movie but I am sure my girls both have or will.

I don't see myself going so far as to decorate in the Twilight theme.I would like to see how it looked though.Sounds interesting. Not my style, though. My granddaughter would though.
