Good morning, my dear fellow myLotters! It's 5:28 AM here in the Philippines. I am ready to jog or if I feel so lazy, I'll just do brisk walking. How about you? Which do you prefer? Jogging or Brisk walking? How often do you exercise? I always see to it that I can exercise every morning, the minimum is 30 hours I am just kidding, it's 30 minutes.

Hello, dong88! I think you're a very cool person. Keep on laughing for it is good for your health. I sometimes do the same things. But there is a difference. Instead of jogging in the park, I jog on my way to the wet market. It's a bit far from my place, but when I jog, it takes 30 minutes only.

Melbourne Zoo - entrance to the Melbourne Zoo...melbourne Australia
I love to walk but I don't like walking arounfd the streets and the park is not close so I go to our local zoo, take my camera and walk around there for a couple of hours, I feel at peace there I love it.

Hello, lilaclady! I did brisk walking this morning. I was trying to sing while walking because I was testing if my walk is brisk or not. They say that if you want to test the difference of fast walking from brisk walking, you need to sing. If you can sing, you're not doing brisk walking. If you can no longer sing especially the lyrics with high pitch, you're doing brisk walking.

I like to brisk walk, went for a brisk walk this afternoon around the woods, I wanted to walk through all the falling leaves. I like to jogg on the stop on the wiifit plus, its good as I can choose when I want ot do it, normally before the children get up in the morning and after they have gone to bed
