How to change monetory unit in Anno1777

I am a fresh member of online internet game Anno1777. I participated this game from Turkey. I don't know how to return TRY to Euro. Could anyone help me for this issue?

I am gaining money in the unit of TRY bu I want to return TRY unit to Euro unit.

Ooh, I see ...... After you earn enough TRY (your local currency), buy gold with your currency.
