Daily sleep required to our childrens

AGE SLEEP REQUIRED 1 week old 17 hrs, including 4 naps 1 month 16 hrs, including 3 naps 3 month 15 hrs, including 3 naps 6 month 14.5 hrs, including 2 naps 9 month 14 hrs, including 2 naps 1 yr 13.5 hrs, including 2 naps 1 and half yr 13 hrs, including 1 naps 2 yrs 12.5 hrs, including 1 nap 3 yrs 12 hrs, including 1 nap 4 yrs 11.5 hrs, naps not required 5 to 10 yrs 10-11 hrs, naps not required 11 to 15 yrs 9 to 10 hrs, naps not required after 15yrs they wil sleep automaticaly according to thier body conditions. so wil u let ur children sllep with the above time table.

Thank you for the information out there these could be really helpful to parents to know the proper sleep hours required to their children. I'm also amazed about these because I thought 6-8 hrs of sleep applies to all ages but now I know its not. Having a proper sleep could also be a major aspect for the development of children and could really help them about their health. Now I'm having some issues about my health because of lack of sleep so it is very important for children to have the proper time to rest. Anyway thanks for the Informational post you have.
