If you go out with a group of friends and don't eat or don't order a full meal for whatever reason, do you feel guilty?

No, I don't feel guilty. Sometimes I'll just order soup or a salad, eat slow, and hang out with them.

No, you shouldn't feel forced to eat if you are not hungry - that is how people gain weight. If I don't order food, I will usually order a cold drink or coffee.

I do a lot of business meetings in restaurants. I consider the waitresses, I do not want to take money from them. I always order something no matter how small and I am always sure to tip well. I think it's the tipping that makes the difference.

Of course not. The restaurant is making money from your friends. If you don´t order it´s because you don´t feel well or don´t have an appetite or don´t fancy anything on the menu or lack money so... no guilt from me.
