The rising price on items might strain holiday shopping?

I have noticed the rising price on every shopping items lately, even though the Thanksgiving and Christmas is coming up, those items might not be discounted as much as we expected it to be. The economy and the confidence of our consumers might not recovered yet, so this holiday shopping as many predicted, might not be as desirable as last couple of years. So, would you still willing to spend big bucks to shop at the stores for the cheap items? I might look around and get what I want. What about you?

Hi king, I totally agree with you about the rising prices.. I have noticed even on the news they had been warning us about several items which might not be available and those items which will be a little more costly this season..But But I always think at times like these that its better to comparison shop..if you have the availability..its not very easy for everyone to get around to comparison shop..But I have found real differerences..worth while to shop around..

I am not a black friday or cyber monday shopper. I buy items throughout the year for Christmas and Birthdays as I find them on clearance or sale. While there are a lot of sales right before the holidays, it is not necessarily the best prices of the year. If you are not in a hurry for a particular item, you might find a better deal later on.
