what is the better way to drink green tea?

green is well known for its benefits for health. regular consumption of green tea helps in minimizing the risk of heart attack and cancer. it also responsible of weight loss. it contains antioxidants which are very beneficiary for skin complexion. but there is no literature who can tell exact dose of green tea should have daily and how to assess its activity. i do not like green tea as it has very peculiar taste; so i would like to know whether is there any alternate or better way to drink it?

Green tea is termed green because it symbolized living..a new transformation, just like when you are in a garden seeing green leaves meaning richer in nutrients. I take green tea and I agree with you about its taste, so I added a lemon drops or ginger with a little honey, since green tea is by natural healthy it will change its value when you add some tastes at all. Try taking the green tea before going to sleep as it helps in good sleeping patterns and disorder at the same time, a relaxation for you not to be reminded of the after taste as well. It also has many anti-oxidants that fights aging and memory losses. It keeps your digestion good and flush out other toxins in the body.
