Buying a new Thinkpad laptop

Hello my friends, I am going to buy a new thinkpad laptop. But some my friends tell me that thinkpad always have bigger discount the week after the Black Friday. It that true? Because I already think the discount now is big. What do you know about that? Thank you~

I am not sure what the prices were but I also bought a new laptop. Mine is a notebook pc. I am loving it and so glad I went ahead and bought it!

Though I'm not from your country, I am told by some of my acquaintances living there that the time for big discounts is the holiday, that is post Christmas & during new year. In fact, when we have wanted them to get stuff like laptops, they have bought them during such holiday season sale at unbelievable bargains. SO, if you are not really in a hurry, you may as well wait. If you get others to say the same, then you must take the point.
