Dear, The talent in each individual is different. Its not because ashwin in the team, harbajan is not selected. Its because due to lack of goodd performance from harbajan in the near by days. Harbajan might have got fatigue due to continuous tournaments. He should get some rest and come back into team during the time the same ashwins performance diminishes.

i think that's not true harbhjan has bad form now but ashwin has a great form and ashwin plays his best to linked with indian team .i think there is difficult time for harbhajan. i think we all see his name soon in indian cricket team.

I think one should not be negative in commenting. Nobody destroys anyone's career. Person is oneself responsible for making or breaking his or her career. Yes, Ashwin has performed brilliantly so far in the series and deserves all the applause and appreciation. I am sure Ashwin also deserves to wear India cap as much as Harbhajan or anyone else. Ashwin has had to work real hard to get this opportunity and he has grabbed his chances unlike Harbhajan who seems to have stagnated. Harbhajan I am afraid will have to wait for now. Knowing Harbhajan, I am sure he will work harder and can make comeback in future. It is good for India to have competition for spots so in case in future if injuries like in England, India does not end up having a nightmarish tour once again!

I do not think that Bhajji's career is over. I think Ashwin has made a good start to Test cricket with both bat and ball. But West Indies is quite a weak opponent that too in the home conditions. So the real test of Ashwin is against other much stronger teams. Cheers! Ram

aman1981, I could say that it is not destroy of a person, but it is the ability of a person to show his caliber to others. And we needn't them, definitely Harbhajan will show his caliber one day as shown by Yuvraj Singh in the World cup 2011. Let us wait for it.

Well well well, what to say about ashwin. he really play very well, even he has bowled very well in this series. as my thing, he has not destroy the harbhajan career, because harbhajan has experience, our selectors will select harbhajan for Australia tour because of the experience.

I don't agree to your statement that Aswin is destroying Harbhajan Singh's career. In fact, Aswin is keeping himself sure in the team.Actually this is healthy combination between the two off-spinners and this will be good for both and also for the Indian cricket team. Also he became the third player to score a five-wicket and a century in a test match for India and that too after a long time. Remember that this is his maiden series too and keeping in mind that I think he can go long in his test career.

It's not like that, Ashwin utilized the chance given to him well. Harbhajan is experienced, but recently he is not in form and is not performing well. So selectors opted Ashwin. during the first two matches, ashwin displayed his good bowling performance and the same question: will Ashwin replace harghajan raised in many peoples mind. After first two tests, we were not known about Ashwin's batting talent, and thought that Harbhajan bats better than Ashwin. But after watching this maiden century in the 3rd test, Ashwin proved that he can bat well if needed. So now Ashwin is posting a good competition for harbhajan. And surely, If Harbhajan is not performing well, then he will be out of the team, youngsters like Ashwin will grab his place. So Harbhajan has to work hard to make his come back. With this good form in this series, Ashwin may get the chance in the squad for Australian series.
