Can we use our funds here for creating tasks?

Hello dear Myloters). Does someone know if we can use our funds here for creating tasks? Because of paypal restrictions on my country i am unable to withdraw, i would like to spend them on task instead. It isn't much, but it will be nice to use them.

No, you cannot. You have to fund tasks separately using your PayPal account. If PayPal only allows you to receive money and not to make payments using it then, unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about it.
