Am sorry to hear that.. I assume you mean: fears instead of "angst"? Are you a person with a negative attitude? It just takes some practising to see the glass is half full or there is still a bit in it. Do some kind things for yourself daily (write them down no matter how small they are) Compliment yourself (after all you are a survivor and still there) Look at the world as if it's a soap (and you know the answers) Look at yourelf as if you are an actor in a play (and things are way less scaring and you are stronger since it's just a play) Decide to be happy from now on!

I was like that before but as i know there is nothing to happened to me good for being like that i prefer to stop thinking negative. Now i always said to myself i dont have regrets in life..even i feel sad. I dont need to feel the bitterness which was happened coz of wrong things had done.. Now.. its better to think the best way for the future only and make reference my past. Once in a while i think this way " if i will turn back the hands of time.." but no need my life is moving on.. near to my destiny.

I also often experience the same thing. All the bitterness of life, making me often desperate, and wanted to surrender. My life, very bitter, and I almost never feel the sweetness of life. Life became so heavy I live. I live my life, filled with challenges and problems.
