Good day sijabatnaburjut (1159) lol, I typed the number by your name so you would know what number it was when I posted my response. The number by our name changes everytime we post something new so by the time I respond to your discussion the number is no longer the same (688) I find this question kind of weird when I first read it and still don't know why you would ask but that is great because it gives me something to respond to and that is the idea of this site. I am sure by now you know the answer to your question and that is what I really like about mylot, you can get answers to your questions quickly. littlemissy here signing off for now, talk to you soon my friend

the number in behind our name is show the amount your posting that approved by mylot. 688 it means that you have posted 688 posting that approved by mylot. i think it relates to our earnings. but for me, the amount is not necessary, but the most important thing is the quality of our posting. better our post, better our earning i think. i have ever tried about this, i posted many posting but i got fewer earning than i posted with good quality. so better to post the best opinion.

Why do you not read the myLot guidelines and FAQs before posting such a question???? FAQs - User Rating & myLot Reputation back to FAQ index What is the larger number next to my username? Isn't that for ranking a user? Why did my user rating go down? What does the star with the number in it next to my username mean? Why is my reputation going down? A specific user is giving me negative ratings on all my discussions and my reputation rating is going down, is there a way of stopping this? What is the larger number next to my username? Isn't that for ranking a user? User rating shows the level of a user's activity on myLot. For example, a user with a rating of 1,500 has been more active on myLot than a user with a rating of 500. The rating really tells you nothing about the quality of the user's activity or how the user is perceived by the myLot community. http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq11.aspx

hi sij! are you sure you don't know what that number represents? Because you've been here for quite a while and there are already many discussions about that usually created by newbies, anyways it's our user rating or activity rating it just represents our activity here in mylot, we get 1 point by starting a discussion that gets 2 response or 1 response and one comment from other members, we also get one point when we response to other's discussion and another 1 point when we put a comment in some one else response in that discussion. I hope I have explain it clearly

I knew well how much we earned from mylot if we really participate seriously. I have counted out based on that calculation but the number are not correct due to number of discussion I have made or started. I was fine and Just wanna keep asking. Thank You

It is a number that determines who we are? Now we might wonder if you have been reduced to a number. Mine was (666) and that scared the heck of me so I kept responding until it went away. Thank goodness for that! To get this all figured out just pretend the numbers are really your blonde ranking. 100 lets you go to the hairdressers where people can talk about you 500 lets you make faces in the mirror above 1000 gives you a name tag that says “I know my way around follow me”

So, I am on above 1000 post. I was happy to have passed the triple 6. I was once kinda of worried and I just wanted to get out from it all. We have had the same feeling and it showed that triple has impacted us both. Congrats , you are passed. Happy MyLoting.

Your User Rating has NO bearings on your earnings. It is merely a count of (approximately) how many discussions you have been involved in, either as the person starting the discussion or as someone who has posted a response or a comment in one. Your MyLot Reputation (or 'star') does have a certsin relation to your earnings, however, because both the reputation and your earnings are affected by the Discussion Rating system. For more information about the User Rating, MyLot Reputation and the Discussion Rating System, see the FAQs under those headings: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq.aspx
