another function of mobiles

I agree with you that the mobile phones have changed the life . The mobiles have the advantages and misadvantages like any other gadgets.In my opinion it is a very bad proctice to use the mobile phones to search the answers for the questions in the classroom. But in our place,the use of mobile phones in the classrooms and exam halls are strictly prohibited.

i love the touchscreen phones. it is cool indeed. its nice to just touch the screen to send a message.

I was under the impression if students used information plagiarised from the internet in an exam that it would mean a Fail,if found out..and that the whole point of having invigilators in an exam room was to prevent students from cheating-that's their Job!

Cheating is bad, we all know that. Using the cellphone to cheat puts it to a disadvantage. When you search for something at your cellphone to aid you in your studies, then it is good, but don't ever do it to cheat in your exams. What good will it give you if your conscience will suffer?

Bad. They would be too reliant on their mobile phones that one day if they lose it or something, they would lose themselves too.

Together with the past evolving in technology comes also those people who uses it for their own personal advantage of using the technology the wrong way. we can't help it that some crimes were also related to this, some were using the internet or cellphone to scam people. Students using cellphones to cheat on their exam was just a small piece of crime related to bad use of cellphone.

Of course it is bad. I find that computers and mobiles do more bad than good on teens and preteens. High technology has brought us so many convenience, but they also make people more "lazier". Well,according to a study, that the written words of the young generation are worse and worse, some even don't know how to write, because they get used to type words, other than write. And now when kids are needing to write an article, they can search on the internet, and then so many related articles will appear, some kids will copy part of this, part of that article to form his or her own ones. And using mobile are not good for kids' health. mobiles and also distract them from study. Well, i think it is better not let kids to use mobile, or don't let them use them too often.

any tools can be used either ways, for good and bad. but as for the mobiles, the good outweighs the bad. we can not stop people from using the tool into their own interest and agenda. students always find ways on how to get away with their prohibited acts such as cheating. teachers and scholl authorities should regulate the use of mobile phones and other gadgets during examinations.

"...Although the teacher does know their cheating,they can do nothing..." Seriously, they can do nothing? I was prohibited to activate my phone during exam time, for whatever reasons. And if the monitor teacher/lecturer found that someone's using his mobile phone, then he may get expelled..

yes, use the mobile phone to cheat in the exam is really a common phenomenon. i have personally experienced this kind of things.i had use the phone to cheat in the tour guide exam. This experence was so excithing and nervious. and you could be addictive with it. mobile phone is so powerful.especilly the iphone's function was so amazing. iphone attract people around the world.we can use it listen to the music and take photos in the past. but now ,we even to use it video and chatting with the webcome. the world changes so quicly, the phone can instead of the netbook computer to surf the internet and do all kinds of the office work .
