blogsearning...legit or scam?

I have been active with blogsearnings.co.cc for a month now. It is a website where you will have to browse for blogs. It provides a tiny url and you will have to copy and paste it into another browser or tab to display the original link that you will then paste to the website. It looks promising since after one cycle, I am having about a dollar out of it. Then you can repeat it after four hours. However their minimum pay out is $100. Is this a real paying website?

The site that you mention is scam. My reason,
Just by visiting their site, I saw several mistake:
1. No TOS, Privacy policy and FAQ's. All of these are important to avoid fraudulent
2. Directly from from their mouth they said Twenty dollar per referral payment ???? That too big, all legit site never pay that big just for referral.
3. We must join with them even we just take a tour, UNBELIEVABLE. They so desperate and pathetic...
Don't join with them, it just scam and high possibility they gonna sent you dozen of spam email.

I agree with Olleenz, to many times I so similar sites with same trick used to scam those who don't look closely.

Something that you should know if you investigate suspicious site using XXX scam (XXX = Site) or googling:
When the site is new: High possibility there nothing review about them. Even you see review, high possibility that came from owner or their associate.
When the site is already old: 50% - 50% chance that you found valid / objective review. You need to compare all review

.co.cc is having more number of fake and scam site site.Donot rely on it sometimes they scam you.$100 minimum payout?is that legit can u think about it.Don't try these type of notorius methods.my suggestion
