Birthday Gift idea?

Hello all, My auntie's son is turning 5years this Sunday. And so we have a Birthday party to attend and I have got simply nothing in mind what can be a good gift. My granny suggested a dress but I want to give something that a 5 year old child can really value. He is not old enough to understand the value of a normal dress. Any ideas friends? if he is a fan of some carton characters of some super hero you can give him that in childhood kids usually like some toys to whom they can play with have you watched toy story ?? give him a super hero toy

suppose he like to watch tom and jerry or some other like shinchan you can also give me that mainly the cartoon he watch try to give him the character he like the most

i think children are like a dough the way we give mold they shape them self like that,some story book of the great person you could give it to his mom as ,she will read and create good habit in it.

Toys are of great joy for kids,trucks and other boy stuffs.. My Nephew who is turning six ask me to buy him a kiddie pool.I think that will be great.Not heavy on the pocket too..

of course not..There are those that will fir up to 5 kids..My daughter has it,she is still using it,she is 7 now but enjoys kiddie pool with her friends..

For a 5-year-old either a set of coloring books, story books with colorful pictures or set of building blocks are the best gifts. This stuff is very much amusing as well help a great deal in their learning process and development. Also, these are not very expensive, so choosing either of these options would well fit in your budget too.

Actually the point of view of learning process was in my mind as well. I really think I should give something learning and amusing so that he can enjoy that as well. He is kinda notorious and not quiet enough to read and colour I think..

Yes, that is true, some children do not like to sit in one place and do something that will not make any noise :) My son just turned 3 and he is also very active and naughty, one of my friends gave him a set of architectural blocks and I just showed him once on what we can build from those blocks. Now he is very much interested and wants to play with them most of the time. You could probably give him something to build cars and trucks, boys usually like that a lot and there is no problem of breaking them.

Give him something that will trigger his creativity. Creativity is the solution to many problems. It's a way of thinking you need. Or just ask the boy what he likes to have.

One of the biggest things Kids love is surprises, right? If I ask him it will die. Do U think I am wrong? And trigerin his creativity is really great, I will keep it in mind surely.!

I would recommend trucks and cars! My little one is 4 and he loves trucks and cars and lincoln logs. Anything that makes a lot of music...which I HATE lol. Beginners books are always a plus! Maybe even a cartoon movie for him to watch!

True. He would love them. But he loves to break them once done playing with it. My mind was saying something like a remote control car or helicopter. But I think that will be out of my budget.

hahah! my in laws bought my kids Maracas one year.. I was livid LOL I got so tired of them I hid them and told the boys that they broke and I had to throw them away LOL THEN my sister-in-law got them one of those little drum sets with the base drum, snare and symbol. OMG! I could have killed her LOL

a child at that age will love anything, toys, games . and just being there is a great thing too. a Uncles love is more than you can ever give.he will be happy with what ever you give him. just remember he is only 5 years old.

You can buy a nice toy. Or normally books will be a good gift for children. It is very important for the children to have a habit of reading. So if you can buy some interesting books, it will be great for your auntie's son. I love China

If you want to plkease the parents, you can make an outfit but if you want to please the child, NO DOUBT give a toy. Today there a many interesting and educational toys to amuse ant teach.

SOmething to play outside with would be good. Or games he can play with friends or family. Vtech has some great learning games for kids his age. What does he like to do? I would find a toy store and check out the 5 year range of toys. What would make him happy?

If I were the 5 year old child, I'd ike to have a toy car... Yes a toy car with remote....wow how I'd love to play that outside. That is what I wan to suggest :-) happy birthday to him... Please give my best greetings too!!

Well You should gift something that child uses Like a toy.So that It comes in his use and He would have some fun with it, and by that gift he will always remember you. have a Nice day

i have some ideas for you. you may give coloring books, crayon, or color pencil for him. you may also give story books for him. if he is fond of sport, just give him sport tool, like racket, ball, skateboard, etc. or just take him to somewhere special, having picnic, fishing swimming together

Most of the children are found of toys. Toys help the children or the kid to lift up in their own world. They people spent a lot of time with them without any problem. This shows the intrest of toys on kids. So I think that a toy is the best gift you can give to him.

hi bodhi i would like to suggest you please gift him a good story book either comics so it will develope hobby of reading in him.......i think book is the best gift for all age guys and girls,but it should be of ones interest otherwise.......... thank you have a great day!!!!!!!!!!!!
