eating seems not just satisfying my hunger,

i was very irritated a few moments ago with my personal life, and i figured i was hungry. I made myself a sandwich and got myself some milk and continued my "mylotting". and now i don't feel irritated that much. I guess i satisfied one of my desires and somehow covered my frustration, and made me think, eating was a good idea after all. so mylotters, have you had a bad experience and eating made you feel better?

Hmmm, not for me. It's the opposite for me. I don't feel like eating when I am really down and depressed. What satisfies me and forget all the frustration is going out with friends or with my mom and go shopping or just roaming around the mall or watch some movies.

Yes, eating calms down most people. I only get annoyed when I am hungry so eating always helps me to calm down and see things differently haha happy Mylotting! :)

I have experienced not being able to eat for a day and it made me delusional, and somehow, I was not myself that day. But after a Heavy breakfast, everything felt fine. Happy mylotting to you too :)

I remember yes! I'll just share a quote: "Eating is not merely a material pleasure. Eating well gives a spectacular joy to life and contributes immensely to goodwill. This is known as comfort eating and is quite dangerous as it leads to an increase in weight if done to often. It is similar to drinking only when thirsty as by the time your thirsty you are already dehydrated. If you are 2% dehydrated you lose 20% concentration. The best thing to do is have plenty of water to drink and 3 of four small meals a day, this would be the healthy way.

warren buffet ever sad, money can buy food, but doesnt make you full. i think eating doesnt help us to be better when we feel bad. we need more than just eat, or filinf our belly with food snack meal, milk, juice. but wee have to "feed" our mind with knowledge, ifnromations, satisfaction, thus we will be much better
