Have you tried Jollibee’s hash brown burger? It is a two perfectly crispy hash browns sandwich your typical burger patty, a slice of cheese and ketchup. Since the hash browns are baked it is less oil thus making it healthier as compared to other hash browns. I can say that the burger is really delicious and my son likes it so much too. He can finish one burger in one sitting. Now, just typing this discussion, I feel like buying one again. What can you say about Jollibee’s hash brown burger?

Hi red, I've tried it once and I don't wanna try it again. Well, I know that some people likes that so much but I don't why I don't like it. Maybe because I find it too crunchy and hard. Plus you're putting on a lot of carbo.. well anyway, I don't care about the carbo thing I ate a lot of spaghetti and stuff anyway.. Try KFC's Double Down sandwich. It's the one without bread. Instead of using a bread, they used two pieces of big chicken fillet as bread. In between it contains bacon and two kinds of melted cheese with sauce. It's yummy and big, I can't even eat this myself alone.

Hello enelym, It's okay that you didn't like it as we have different taste buds. I know what you are talking about, KFC double down is something also. I thought of starting a discussion about that this morning but didn't do so. But I have tasted it already. Now, there's zinger double down, I wonder how it will taste. Anyway, thanks for your time and have fun mylotting!

Now is there any kind of "bun" or is the hashbrown the bun? Sounds interesting... and something I think my family would enjoy as we eat alot of potatoes.

Hello 3SnuggleBunnies, The hash brown was used as the bun. Take a look at the picture above. I'm sure you will love this if your family loves potatoes. Anyway, thanks for your time and have fun mylotting.

I haven't tried this one Red. My sister said it not delicious. I just told her that maybe she is just expecting more and got too disappointed because she is a big fan of Jolibee. She tried all new products for Jolibee but she didnt like the Hashbrown Burger. I think it is too oily but children loves it because it came from Jolibee.

Hello junmae, I wonder why you find it oily as the hash brown is baked, maybe its because of the patty. Yes, the children love it, as far as my son is concerned. Anyway, thanks for your time and have fun mylotting.

I haven't tried it yet. Though my daughter likes to eat at Jolibee I just didn't mind other products of jolibee that is why I am not aware that this hash brown burger existed.

Haven't tried it yet. Although the topic promotes Jollibee's product, I will still try the product out of curiosity. I do eat hash browns once in a while buying it from a local supermarket. I don't like the ones from these burger store chains since I can see the hash browns are usually cooked like that of french fries on deep fryers with all the grease in it. But I guess I'm gonna be trying to cook em by baking it crisp, that way I may would like the taste without the grease. Thanks.

Hello PalePurple, you are right, the hashbrowns from other restaurants are being cooked on fryers with lots of oil that's why it is greasy when you eat them. But with Jollibee its baked and you can't see oil on the paper that is on the burger. Hope you like it. Thanks for your time and have fun mylotting!

Hi again red_amethyst. This morning I dropped by in a nearby outlet of this foodchain and ordered this hashbrown burger. Although I find it less greasy (because it is baked), it did not satisfy my palate. Seems burger and hashbrown to me is not a pair. But out of curiosity, I bought another hashbrown burger then go to McDonald's to buy a sausage muffin. I put the sausage in between the hashbrowns and ate it. It taste good to me and I am satisfied with what I have eaten. But the bad thing is that, I wasn't able to eat my lunch since I had eaten 2 set of sandwiches that morning. I just had a fruit shake instead later in the afternoon.

Hello stephcjh, Too bad, there's no Jollibee in your area, though I know that there are branches in the US already though I don't know where they are and if they are offering the same products as they offer in the Philippines. Anyway, Thanks for your time and have fun mylotting!

Hi red! I just tried this burger the other day. It was delicious but it got me full easily. I could not finish one, I could only eat half of it. I think it's delicious but I also think it lacks something to complete the taste. As to what that is, I don't have any idea.

I've never heard about a hashbrown burger before but that sounds really interesting and delicious. If I ever see one I think I will definitely try one. I mean, I like hashbrowns and I like burgers and I think they would taste really good together! Do you put ketchup and mayonnaise on it too? It sounds like it would be good with some onion too. Have a great day and happy myLotting!!!

Burger - Ham, chicken or mushroom?
I did try that Jolilibe hash brown burger! I am not really fond of hamburger but I am fond of hash brown so I was enticed to try this hash brown burger. It's nothing but replacing bun with hashbrown. At first bite it is good but the more I bite the more I noticed it is too greasy. I wish the has brown is baked instead of fried and I wish the burger is not ham but chicken rather. Well if they could do that variation then I'd buy and patronize but this hash brown burger they now have is only good for one try. That is just my personal opinion. I still prefer the mushroom burger in Tagaytay. It is worth going there every now and then to buy this stuff.

I never tried it before, and It sounds really delicious treat. I hope there is one here in Atlanta, but it is probably existed somewhere else. Lately I don't have burger myself a lot, but I still miss that taste of it. I hope that it won't make me fat though. Because it might take a lot of workout to trim myself down.

I actually ordered one for lunch the past few days and we're kinda making fun of it by saying "Harsh Brown" since the hash browns are too crunchy! I had a hard time chewing it and taking a long time eating it makes it soggy :P But it's kinda good but I just wish they don't make it THAT crunchy :P

Never heard of such a thing here in the U.S. But I love all of the elements of the hash brown burger you listed. I'm going to try to do it at home. since it's just a baked hash-brown in place of a burger bun. I get major heart burn from hash-browns but eat them anyways. I do wonder is the hash-brown in the oval shape or is it round as if it was a burger bun? And would it be a little larger than a typical hash-brown?

I had a discussion on this last month but i think, it was still new then, so a few can only relate. Anyway, i don't find the hash brown burger delicious like you do. I hardly have eaten it half way and have concluded that i won't be eating one ever again. I find it so rich to the taste. Imagine , burger, cheese and the two has browns - they are all too rich foods.
