Some people say that young women are usually 2-3 years more mature than young men. I agree, basis of which is my younger brother and my cousin of same age 17. My brother is still used to playing some childish games with our cousins age 12 and 14. My cousin 17 female, she does already things done by adults not just on housechores basis but also on socializing with others who is older, somtimes I could even say that she's more mature than my older brother. LOL. It really seems to me that younger women is more mature than men basing on my own experiences. Do you think or experience the way I do?..

I think they are to a point but I sort of blame this on the mothers, mothers tend to baby their sons longer because they keep treating tham like little boys even when they are fully grown where girls are already preparing for grownup life even when they are very young, maybe that is nature seeing as the woman has the babies and they must learn fast.

Guess your right lady, some parents treated their children differrently. It is maybe is their ways of preparing their children. And most commonly bringing up girls to be grown up in a very young age while boys are treated to be babies in some instances.

Nope i think its totally different from human to human , there might be an average statistick made on 1000 peoples that is out there , but there are girls and boys that are forced are mature at very early age like 14, because of their family , and there are other that are 30 and still are depending on their parents for everything . I find it a bit offensive trying to say that someone is better then other just of gander or age (minor age) . Biologicly women have more to mature and well their maturing begin earlier but about men there is nothing much to mature so sooner or later it does not matter . I know girls of age 27 that are hey daddy give me money , live with their parents and its all dependable on them , all she do is going out sleeping and eating . And at least in my country there are people that marry at 18 and have very good families . So i think you get what i'm trying to say overall :)

I saw that indeed women mature faster, because the woman is indeed faster than mature design not just a matter of maturity, but also in terms of growth that women faster than men. Experience I have two girls and both my sister from childhood that when they were aged in their teens are familiar with the work that should be done by a mother, but they are able to do such work with while I was playing with small children than me

No, i dont agree. it totally depends on the upbringing of the child. If a child is spoon fed by parents, then you cannot expect that child to show much maturity

i agree with you. :) there were studies showed that women mature earlier than men. actually they are 2~3 years more mature than men. that is why, women who are looking for mature boyfriends, they must not choose men who have the same age with them or even younger than them. they must be at least 3 years older than them. when i was 15, used to enroll myself in college, pay my tuition fee, budget my time and allowance by myself, and i was really responsible on anything, and i graduated at the age of 19. Meanwhile, when my brother was 15, he was still doing computer games, still had to be reminded on what to do, he couldn't do things on his own, and even didn't care about his life. he's 19 now, and he is still like that, acting like a high school student. hihihih :D i could say that he's really different from me when i was his age. hahahahah :D

Could be. Or maybe majority of the girls. That's why I guess they should marry or find someone who is much older than them :)

Maybe that is true and maybe not.. Maybe your girl cousin just want to be seen as matured so she does things that adult is doing. And also girls have in their minds that whenever they reach some age they tend to change their views on life and shift to a more responsible and avoid playing with others. And maybe your brother just love to play with kids so until now he play with 12-14 years old. And also boys like to play and want things happen in what they want. And also boys are less responsible on household chores and other things so they seem to be immature. But it doesn't always happen because it may also depends on the environment where they live.

hello, I agree because I can say that I have a experience like yours. My cousin who is a girl(12 years old) is more mature in her brother which is 15 years old.I thought it is because of us that we are with them that is why my cousin is more mature.

I would agree in terms of growth, because women really do grow at an earlier age than men, but in maturity? not really, because it depends on the environment where he/she lives everyday. Like me I grew up in an environment that I had to take care of myself as early 15 years old. I had to clean after myself, wash my own clothes, prepare my own food, sometimes talk to visitors about my personal life and be able to have a conversation with them. So for me, It really depends in the environment that you grow up with :) have a good day to you
