Yes, I always am tired everyday. I think tiring is part of human. Normally, human will feel tired after one day is full work. You need to take food supplement or ion as new energy.

Sometimes afternoon fatigue is caused by what we eat, other times, by how much we eat. When we eat blood flow is concentrated on our stomach to help us digest the food, that means less blood flow to the brain. So we feel sleepy. Sometimes the choices we make for food contain too many refined carbohydrates and that causes a spike and crash of insulin and we feel tired. Other people will tell you that is actually how the human body works the best. There are a number of cultures where it is customary to take a nap after lunch. Things that you can do to help are to drink enough water, choose meals that are balanced, with fresh fruit and veggies and lean protein. Only eat enough to reduce your hunger a small meal not a large one. Get outside if you can during your lunch hour, the sun helps you wake up. It is even better if you can take a walk. I think a lot of us feel tired in the middle of the day and we need to be refreshed.

Yes, there are times when I feel tired in the middle of the day. I'm not entirely sure why. It doesn't happen all the time, but it will still happen from time to time, for one reason or another.

No, I don't feel like you do. I just feel tired when I have finished my work already. Hmmm.. Do you eat much? Maybe you should eat more energy boosting food and sugars too. Also, try doing regular exercises to make your body lively. Maybe your body is a bit rusty not moving much. If the middle of the day you are saying is about noon. Maybe that is because you just have eaten and your body is full and is already ready to sleep it out. Siesta time!

Everyday for me is a tiring day due to some school stuffs. I must take studying college seriously. It is for my future. But it is okay as long as I am doing well in my studies. I also feel tired in the middle of the day and in the middle of the class. I yawn, I feel sleepy. I am lacking of sleep.

We naturally get tired over something or the things we normally do in our daily lives, the reason is simply because we are human beings and not robots :-). But seriously, we are bound to get tired, that way we could let our body get some rest when we needed it..that's just how we are as people, as human beings like I said.

Don't forget that robots need energy too :) And if you will not start your car for a month your battery will die..

I know why I'm tired. I work a full time job, which is very demanding both physically and mentally/emotionally, then come home and do all the housework. I stay up until 1 or 2 am working on my online moneymaking sites just trying to make ends meet. When I do go to sleep I have to get up 3 or more times a night with my son who wakes up several times a night. Then I have to get up early in the morning to start it all over again. I'm so used up that even on the nights I do get to sleep straight through its not enough to catch up on the sleep deficit I have.

Kind of obvious why your tired! I got tired just by reading your schedule. Soon your son will start sleeping longer and that will be a little break for you.

If I sleep a bit too much oddly enough, I really do feel like that I have not slept at all. There are a lot of times where I overcharge my batteries. Also there are times where adjustments in my diet might be needed. Or the rare times where I have skipped breakfast. If you skip breakfast or don't have a good enough breakfast for that matter, there are a lot of times where it is hard to get going. The weather always never fails to make me tired. It has been rather dark and agitating right here to say the very least. There are days like this where it does make me sad and rather tired, rather moody, and just unable to really focus more or less. It is just one of those times where sometimes we are tired and it is hard to determine exactly why.

U didn't have a good sleep. IT's usually the case when u have interrupted sleep during the night, so no matter how many hours u slept, u will still feel sleepy during mid day. Irregular sleeping hours do affect your quality of sleep as well, and u should do some adjustment to your sleeping hours. Do not attempt to catch up on sleep, because it doesn't work at all, and it only makes u feel worse.

yes I know exactly what you mean and it's been getting worse lately. sometimes I even feel more awake when I get less sleep than a good nights sleep. I got a normal amount, maybe 8 hours or so, last night and I'm so tired today. I think for me a big part of that is because I'm staring at a computer screen all day lol. On top of being tired my eyes are really becoming worn out.

Your bio ritme might be different? Perhaps your energy level is not at it's highest level at the moment you wake up. If so this means you are out of energy already before you are loaded up. Might be you are not tired if you wake up a few hours later and would start your morning at that moment. I feel the same, but go on because society wants us to show up at certain times etc. But it's hard for me since I am a night owl.

First of all, let me ask you what your job is? As a student, I rarely get tired since I don't do heavy jobs and all I do all day is talk with friends and attend to class. Maybe it depends on what you do for a living. Do you do heavy work or not?
