how to make a science project ....please help me

hi my friends our school organizing a science exhibition contest after 1 week and all the students have to make a project based on waste material so the subject is "waste material" and please help me to make a project and also tell me how to make it i want to come first in this exhibition because i have many helping friends like you?

To me the first that comes to mind is the production of organic fertilizers via composting. I think it is about using decomposed organic waste to be the fertilizer for raising new crops. What do you think ?
