Should i upgrade in bux-matrix or try JSS tripler

Hi guys
i now have around 12$ in my alertpay account. as from India i can't cashout that easily from alertpay, i hate the withdraw via check method.
so i am think of investing this back
where should i do it ??
i can get direct referrals to bux-matrix but may be not in the matrix side but on the ptc one i have only 4 direct referral now there.
as for JSS tripler i have no idea about it but have heard lot about it so should i invest there as the start up is just 10$ in JSS
or any other place which you guys think could be worth it

i haven't yet decided what to do with just 10$ which is in my a/c
as i have no clue about JSS i what like to make a good search before joining under it
i know that its paying but need to know strategy and good and bad point before make any decision
