Best FTP software?

I am using filezilla software from very long time. but from last couple of weeks, I am facing issue with filezilla.. If I put transfer a big folder (big means no of files are more, not in size).. it doesn't upload/download all the files from or to server.. if I do the same with net2ftp or other ftp software it works.. but other FTP softwares are slower than filezilla.. so can anyone suggest me good FTP software or any solution for Filezilla?

try http://winscp.net/eng/index.php it is also FTP client like filezilla but to be honest i dont use it even filezilla because im using proxy server if im accessing the net. also i have slow connection thats why im not using any FTP client to upload or download file from any webhosting.

Personally I use Filezilla and I have no issues with large file transfers.
