Eon logging in problems

It's been 4 days since I got my eon card. First, I was told to wait for 24 hours at least before trying to log in. After that, I tried to log in, but it said that I had to type down a valid user ID. So, I filled up a form to have my user ID verified, and it told me to wait another 48 hours... Now here I am, still unable to log in. What could possibly be wrong here? Please, I need help. Thank you

I don't have EON Card yet because I have no money to cash.out. Good for you that you have an EON card now. I suggest, try to ask your friends who have EON card also to help you on this problem. You never know they also encountered this problem before. Or call the bank and ask for assistance. Happy mylotting!

Just wait for couple of days. I had just activated also my account on EON. I had also verified my account on Paypal already using EON. You can call the customer service for more information about the status of your card. I had also called them to verify the status of my card and they replied that my card and EON account is completely okay. The only problem is that I am logging in at online banking and not on cyber account. It was suppose to be the cyber account to which I will be logging it. So because of that, I log-in to my cyber account and it was perfectly okay. Maybe you should try to log-in also at your cyber account. If there is still an error that occurs, maybe you should wait couple of days to resolve that. You can go to the bank from which you had applied for your card. I firmly believe they can help you with regards to your queries.

@kai: Thank you. All they told me was wait for a few days and try logging in again. If I can't still log in, i will have to call them again. @bubuth: I don't think so bubuth... you can search that on youtube, they will tell you what to do there. Me, i'm still trying to figure it out and am no expert on this subject either.
