Depends on what emotions. Exercise is a good way to release pent up emotions. When I was young i guess I used to nag and even did some yelling but over the years i have learned that people don't listen when you act like that. Life is too short. Find a kind and tactful way to say things and it does go over better.

Hi emdjay23, to me crying, yelling, nagging as well as doing something to hurt someone are not the best way to sake away my somber mood. I usually listen to classical music and play shooting game continuously at the same time. This really works well to release the blue mood

Yeah, me too? I am crying whenever I am alone, I dont show it to my boyfriend that I am hurt. Sometimes I talk to him about that but it really feels more hurt. I dont do physical hurting because I know I will hurt somebody, in the end I will regret.

hurting your boyfriend physically is not good.. I am just releasing my emotions through crying..
Its hard every time my hubby and I had a fight I can't help myself to cry, and just apologize, I know when I do the initiative we can fix everything fast..:(
