I notice many of tourist destination is artificial which build to be characteristic of one place or landmark of city. Many of them also made for fun like theme parks, zoo, artificial scenery.. I sometimes not really enjoy those kind of attraction rather than natural scenery or attraction.. I understand many of them impossible to be made by human..It is okay if we build something to support like viewing platform or bridges, but if intended for tourist attraction could be boring..I know many places not lucky enough to have those kind of natural beauty..What do you think when you traveling to those artificial tourist destination? How do you feel that?

what matters most for me is the relaxing ambiance of the place, the accessibility and the art. I will never go to a far place to see an attraction that is available in places just near from me. It doesn't matter if it is just artificial tourist destination as long as you can see an art that is unique for me.

Hi! Your observation if totally correct, people are prune to get attracted with artificial scenery or landmark, how many tourist attraction places are really come from the nature? Not many, most of the time, there will be specially build building, specially build scenery, theme parks, fountain, shopping, specially landmark, all those are consider man made tourist attraction, of course, it will be consider as added advantages if a county have a lot of natural scenery, but there are not many actually. Most of the time, tourist will like to see the culture, the scenery, the places they never go before, the new landmark, the special landmark and many more, so, if you just rely on natural scenery to attract tourist, it will be really boring. Will you be happy if you were to visit a place where took you 5 hours journey and there you can only see a natural stone and without any other things like foods or shop? I believe that if in such a case, not many people will really want to go to such a place, even though they are nice to pay a visit but just to see the stone.

Sydney is my favorite city in the world. It has a beautiful looking harbor. I believe that two made made landmarks make it even better. These are the white sails that are the opera house and the gray bridge that looks like a coat hanger. I don't like zoos and they look very artificial. I prefer a natural place like a game reserve in Kenya like the Masai Mara. I went there on a safari when I was in my mid twenties. I don't like theme parks with scary rides. I love historical looking streets with attractive looking architecture. I am keen on the coast, the countryside and mountains. I love castles and historical sites.

It is good specially when you know it is impossible to happen in your place. Like in Dubai, they build a structure with a snow inside that. You will feel like you are not in the middle east. It was a great invention though.

There are many places like that and we need to get our researches right to find our good times with our loved ones. There are many very nice places around you, find them and go ahead.

I can enjoy a place even if it is artificially made as long as it makes me happy and relaxed. In my country, we have here what we call the Manila Ocean Park that houses different kinds of fishes that can be found in local or foreign waters. This park is integrated with the ocean water, giving the fishes access to the water they are accustomed to.
