Philippines

It was dated last December 8, 2011 when I processed my withdraw in Paypal via my bank account. My bank was Union Bank. I picked it because that is what the customer service representative told me to use. It is amazing because the withdrawal fee of it is only one dollar. I applied also for a card and got my card for just one day and I am very happy about that. I used it to verify my Paypal account and indeed, it was a success This is my problem, I had withdrew my Paypal money to my Bank Account last Dec 8, 2011. At the same day, it was marked completed in Paypal. I was very disappointed that when I checked by Union Bank cyber account, the money is not in my account yet until now. I really waited so much. I really do not know what to do. How will I be able to withdraw my money in Paypal?

I am sorry to hear that, kaichoukebz. It would be best to contact PayPal and UnionBank. You may contact PayPal through email or phone. The link is https://www.paypal.com/ph/cgi-bin/helpscr?cmd=_help&t=escalateTab . With regard to Unionbank's contact number, I am sure you have it at the back of your card . I hope you can resolve this issue the soonest possible time.

I do hope so. I really do not know if where is the problem. I cannot contact my bank because we have no telephone. I only own a phone and when I try to call them, the line is always busy. I am ready disappointed and frustrated at the moment.

You can also send them an email. They always reply within 24 hours during week days. I have had so many resolved issues with Union bank. They are very helpful. Don't hesitate to send them an email. Before they answer any of your questions, they will require you to provide your full name, account number, and other pertinent information. This is also for your protection against the fraudulent use of your personal information. Kindly double-check your card. There is an email address at the back.

Hello, kaichoukebz! I found an additional information with regard to your issue. The completion of transfer of money from PayPal to UnionBank usually takes five to seven banking days. It would be best to also check additional information at http://www.unionbankph.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=931&Itemid=292 .

Woohoo, that is already taking so long, why not contact the customer service of Union Bank. You can use a payphone to call them since it is really a busy line, you need to make haste and talk to them about your withdrawal. It is really frustrating that you still don't see that money being transferred even if it was a week ago or even if there are many people withdrawing their Paypal money.

I think the processing time is 5 to 7 business days (meaning weekends and holidays not included). There might also be a slight delay. Just wait for another day and if the money is still not there then it will be best to contact Paypal about this. I've had no problem withdrawing money before using Unionbank EON and my BDO peso savings account.

Hi there kaichoukebz, no need to worry. The processing takes 3-5 days my friend, and that would depend if its weekends or weekdays. If weekdays usually it only takes 2-3 days if lucky and weekends usually happens 5 days or more. Unionbank cyber is one of the best debit card that has been used now adays. And I am also the lucky one that withdrew my money from paypal account for many times. Just keep up the good work and if there's any query feel free to make a discussions so everybody here can help you out. See you around.

Did you configure your paypal account accordingly and linked to your Union Bank Account? Maybe might miss some steps on the procedures along the way.
