Life is full of enjoyment

I think that when a lot of bad things happen we need to really take a step back. Life can really bog us right out to negativity, but there are just going to be a lot of times where we really need to just take a deep breath. Take a step back and just rediscover some of the things that give us sanity. Some of those things that make life a little bit more easy. It is a great thing to really find that enjoyment again. To really get the very most out of life. Despite all of the things just weighing you down, ready to press down right onto you, as the pressure of life is about ready to get to you. I think that there are times where life can get people down. Hopefully as you rediscover the things you enjoy, a bit more of the enjoyment will slowly trickle in.

I'm so sorry about your parents. I lost my Mom almost two years ago & the pain of losing her is still an ache in my heart. As for your husband, have you tried talking to him about how you feel? Maybe going out more as a couple is just the thing both of you need. In any case I am glad to see your determination not to allow negative feelings to bring you down. If writing brings you joy then turn to writing whenever you feel yourself starting to get sad.
