The way things are going it certainly looks that 2012 will be even worse than the last global meltdown a few years back.Economists have warned hat if it doesn happen then recovery will not be as quick as the last time.During the last recession India managed to hold its own despite the USA economy getting hit hard. But this time the Rupee has really gone above the 50 mark vis a vis the dollar.Even the industry output has slowed down a lot,all in all a gloomy picture.Lets wait and watch and hope that things don`t go from bad to worse next year and the pundits are proved wrong. So here`s thumbs up for the world and Indian economy.

Yes, I am also seeing this type of news. Previous time Europe was in bad shape , only US was bad in shape. But If this recession will come then full world will be in very bad shape. This time recession will be the biggest recession (if it comes). My problem is that I had changed the job just now, just 2 months back. SO, if job cut will start I will be in danger. But lets see how it goes.By March everything will be clear.

Yes everybody is scared and nothing has changed since 2008 they (the government) only made us believe it was over and forced us to spend more money. Now the mess is even bigger. Many people don't have saving money anymore, the foodbanks are everywhere (been on the radio tonight in one place they give to 8.900 people each week a shopping bag with food), whole families live on the street or are staying at a shelter. If it helps to be worried now day and night? I don't think so. The only thing we can do is to live more by the day. Do step by step and try not to forget to relax and enjoy what we have. I hope it's true what our (dutch) saying says: komt tijd, komt raad (at the time we need it the advice (solution)will come too).
