i am thinking of doing yoga and meditation classes next year.

i feel like my head is always stressed out. i couldn't even pinpoint a particular cause for it but it always feels full and tired and i always think and think and think. i guess it is life's difficulties but i just want it to stop. i want to be able to breath and relax and enjoy. that's why i am thinking of yoga and meditation as i have read that it helps achieving clearer mind and relaxation. is this really true? have you ever done or are doing it and does it help?
