Flat grounds are too expensive to live in nowadays

Having a place to live on a flat ground is only possible for those who are well off. In the city where I live, finding a place to live in, especially a flat area, is getting more and more expensive. Slopes of the hills are being hunted by whose income is below standard to live adequately by. They don't seem to care whether it is easy to obtain water or not. What most matters to them is a shelter to live in with their families.1 person likes this

I think it is very difficult to get a home for a person. I think this is due to huge population. So I think it is very lucky to get a home in a hilly or any other place.
What about you ?

Luckily, I've got a house in the city. I bought it 12 years ago. Now the house prices have rocketed. I don't think I can afford another one now. What about you? Do you own a house in a city or have one on a hilly terrain? As long as the hilly terrain overlooks a good scenery, I think it worthwile having it.

That's the most important really- a shelter, a home for our kids.
So,I will never hesitate to have a home on hillsides too-as long as I can call it my own.
To have and own a house in the city is really expensive- not to mention the expenses too.
