Fine my friend, I am from tamilnadu. Nice to see you in mylot. All the best for your life and happy new year. And then coming back to topic. The best Love failure song from illayaraj from my view is "Unna Nenachen Pattu Padichen" from Abroova Sagothrargal. Just hear it once you wil like it. You can check this song in you tube itself.

There are so many! The great American composer Cole Porter wrote a lot, such as "Night and Day"; "You'd Be So Easy to Love"; "Just One of those Things". They used to be called "Torch Songs"; I like torch songs as sung by Frank Sinatra; Ella Fitzgerald and others. One of the most beautiful torch songs of recent years is the Beatles' "Ticket to Ride", which was I believe largely written by John Lennon. There is a stunning version by the Carpenters; one of the few examples of a Beatles song being equalled in quality by a cover version. I think sad songs of lost love are among my favourite types of song, although they can make a person cry. Another great singer songwriter of love failure songs was the Belgian Jacques Brel..."If You Go Away" is one of his masterpieces. But oh there are so many!

Well depends on your taste in music too you know, so what kind of genre are you into? For me, I love to listen to very sad and depressing songs, they tend to be more realistic and better to listen to compared to the optimistic pop songs in this day and age. Pop songs are great but I prefer punk or alternative. I enjoy alternative the most as I reckon that this genre deals with more realistic and hard issues around this world. It presents the darker side of life and it can introduce pretty sad situations with really emotional heavy beats that touches the mind and soul. I really like Three Days Grace, their songs are pretty sad, I know that the song "Last to Know" is about a dysfunctional relationship and being cheated on with you being the last one to know about it. They have other songs too that might interest you too. There's a few punk bands that I listen to, the hard core screamo ones aren't very sad but there are some emotional ones like "Love is gone" by a German band called Blind. Seether is a good one too. I tend to listen to sad songs when I'm sad.
