I watch tv, read a book, or come on here to see if it will tire me out enough to go to sleep. Sometimes, I may use Advil PM's too, they work good for me and I don't wake up groogy the next morning.

I block the spammers. I am using Yahoo mail and it has the feature of blocking spammers.

warm milk coupled with a bath and finally taking a boring book to read helps me in getting good sleep

Reading always helps me fall asleep, sometimes watching TV does too. A glass of warm milk can help. If you read or watch TV, don't watch anything that's too exciting--like a thriller or something really sad or violent; it might actually keep you up thinking about it.

Normally i watch some tv, or get up and take a warm bath or shower and have a cup of tea, I try keep the house as dark and as quiet as possible so it does stimilate me and wake me up even more!
