ringtone option

As we all know, ringtone choices can be crucial and influence our daily activities. I observed that many people does not realize the importance of their ringtone mode. Ringtone sounds can be disturbing and annoying on certain occasion for example when its ringing during a meeting in the office, we will be in the central of attention and everybody will look at us especially if our ringtone is song or any other sounds..So I prefer to select vibrate modes automatically when sit down for a meeting..It can be a problem during a night, when texting coming in during midnight if we forgot to select silent mode.. How about you? Which kind of ringtone you like to choose? Have you ever got any silly experienced with your ringtones?

I have just learnt how to change all that on my old mobile phone, I might not have as many options as some of these new fancy phones but it is good, I have also just learnt how to use my mobile phone as an alarm clock so I have a song sung by someone very special to me waking me up in the morning....nice..

Hi om, I made my own ringtone on the music composer, just a warbling up and down note on the scale and guess the result? Like the emergency transport vehicle or fire brigade passing by. The only drawback is that I have to keep myself from grabbing my mobile every time an ETV rushes by me.

Haha..that was funny things from you.. I have noticed somebody who also have siren sounds as his ringtone and other who has alarm as his ringtone so every time ringing then everybody surrounds him will looking at him..It sounds unique if you able to compose special ringtone by yourself..I am not sure whether my cell phone has that kind of music composer, I remember when I composed the monoringtone using my old cell phone composer..appreciate your response..

I actually keep my cell phone on vibrate most of the time so that it does not disturb others around me. Also, when I am at work we are not supposed to receive personal calls so it is best if nobody else hears it ring. This way I can just check my messages and missed calls when I have a few free minutes. When I do turn the ringer on, I simply use the standard ringtone that came with the phone.

I normally leave my phone on vibrate, however if I'm going out and I leave my phone in my purse I turn my phone on a medium volume. The ringtones that I use are very neutral. Just a common ring or a cute jingle to avoid embarrassing situations.

well, that was good option. I also like to put vibrate mode on the day and simply silent mode in the evening right before going to sleep...

When Iam at school I always put my phone on vibrate because it is not so fun to hear my telephone inside the classroom, yea for me it is awesome because it is Coldplay, but for my classmates it is not fun haha.

i always like different ringtones, to be honest. i like tones that are fun and happy... especially if i find some really cute tones, i choose that for my ringtone. last holidays i made my ringtone a chipmunk version of the frosty the snoman and it sure is very fun to listen at. :D

You are right. There is an automatic profile actually. So you don't need to change it so often. I used to have a smart phone with an automatic profile but this is shareware software to be installed to the phone. With this profile there is no more embarassment when suddenly at the meeting your phone rings out aloud.
