Hi friends.. I have an experience about paypal. My account got permanently limited. Is it possible to create another account? But I have my bank account filled to the old account. Can I delete the entry of the old account so I can use it?

yes you can, you need to delete your old bank account in your old account and add it to your new account though you cant use the same credit card you use to verified your old account to your new account even if you deleted it as its already in their data base and its already recorded so you can only use credit card for verification once.

though i not sure if in your country they will allow you to verify your paypal with your bank account even without credit card as if you use your bank account to verify then you cant use it again even if you deleted it. whatever details you use if its bank account or credit card then you can only use it once.

I had the same experience. I am really disappointed with paypal. They won't even let me close the account...and they seem to think it's okay just to keep my money and not let me withdraw. Now they want me to scan ID and mail to prove address...just to prove I am who I have always been, and I don't know why they suddenly decide to pick on me...but, I'm getting a different method for online pymts...I am limiting paypal from accessing anymore of my money!!!

I believe you should file your question to Paypal customer service directly via "Contact Us". Because even if you want to delete your old account, you can't do it manually - and even you just remove the bank information, they will found out and may limit your account once again. I guess the only way is try to remove your limitation. If it's too hard to appeal them via email, then you may want try to call them by phone. If it is hard for you, then consider the other payment processors such as Alertpay or Liberty Reserve. Or you may borrow your friend's Paypal - but just remember, don't access it via your IP.
