From your yahoo contacts tell them the benefits to attract them and let them asks what is the website.Do not sound as too aggressive to force them to sign up under you.If you have a blog state the good points and give some techniques to have your readers interest catch.The website easyhits4u and similar programs gives you a chance to post your referral links or websites.

Yes, I am working with Easyhits4u since 2009.You have to surf to earn credits and some cash too.That credits will be use to publish your referral links.I gain some of my referral in Paid2youtube from Easyhits4u.Some get referrals from Facebook and twitter.

You can use traffic exchanges to get referrals. You first earn credits and then place your referral links in the traffic exchange site. Your links will be seen many people and there is possibility people to join you using your referral link.

Its not difficult to make referrals but to keep them active is very difficult
. I have around 20 referrals here on MYLOT but no one is active at present.
I just put my referrals IDs on various social sites where i am active and that way i got many referrals but i could not make them active despite of telling them the benefits of MYLOT.Hope they get active in future and will realize that what they have lost by not being on this site.

You can easily to get referral but very hard to keep the referral active on sites. You can put the link on everywhere and make good post about site, give them full information about pros and cons...tell the truth, if you want they keep active.
