There are many lessons we can learn while trying to handle problems with others, or help others with their problems. A few lessons that I appreciate is we should not assume that a persons problems are of his own making. And we shouldn't make accusations without clear evidence. What lessons have you learned while handling problems?

Belief in god gets more stronger when we have a problem. i learned to stay strong at heart and face any problem as they are gods tests for us.

I agree that when we face problems it does strengthen our faith and reliance on God. We are able to see how he helps us out when we face difficult times. I hope that as times get harder my faith will continue to be strengthened. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with me.

I've been involved in between trouble with my colleagues in the past. I didn't know what happened those times that I believed the "bad guy" and got tired believing the "good guy". 'Though there were no confirmation til now who's lying and who's not. I somehow realized after long years that the bad guy I trusted have made all those stories. Now I learned to listen to the two sides of the story and not to just jump into conclusions. Never believed anyone who's being real nice to you as if too concerned, coz they might be the one fooling you.

It is definitely a good thing to listen to both sides. Each person has their own interpretation of what happens. It a considerate thing to be able to hear both sides out. People are good at fooling others so we have to be careful.

From all the problems that I've encountered and still encountering...I learned to take it one step at a time. Think of things thoroughly before making an action.

I agree that is the best way to do it at times. I know that when I feel that I'm overwhelmed by all that I'm facing this is the only way I can make it through. Unfortunately there have been so many hard times in the last few years. I hope that things will calm down for me. It is definitely a good idea not to be hasty when making decisions. Thanks so much for your response.
