Hi emdjay23 1. I'm not sure but I think you still can receive payment (several site allowed it) 2. Paypal already give clue for this issue, follow their instruction 3. What kind email you expect from Paypal. If you still had problem to verified your account using card, alternatively you can use bank. Follow instruction in this link (under my post): http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2607922.aspx

The whole point of the verification code is to prove that you have access to the bank/credit card account which you have specified. PayPal always send or charge a small random amount to that account together with the verification codem which will appear on your statement. The cannot send you a verification code by email because that doesn't establish your access to the account!

Paypal don't know your bank account and your card code, surely they won't sent anything. Paypal already give clue regarding this issue (look on question mark in right of card code). Just follow their instruction and you will find your code Note: Check in the back of your card, there is a code with a lot of number on it. I believe, codes that you looking for is in last 4 digit but make it sure with paypal instruction.

You will still receive payments if you haven't verified your account. They will deposit small amounts into your bank account. You have to check it and then input it into your PayPal verification form online. Believe me, you'll lose more than you gain. They will send you the amount, and if your bank rejects it, they will charge you with around $5!!!!

but make sure that your registered name at the bank is exactly the same as the one you used to register paypal, otherwise your bank may reject that deposit.

I think after you use the site awhile you get automatically verified. I never did anything and automatically became verified. Searching on the site I find the answer to #2 as follows: You can find your 4-digit PayPal code on your debit or credit card statement next to or near the charge amount. In the item description section, you will see it next to the word PAYPAL or PP. Please allow a few business days for the PayPal code to ... They will probably send it to you by email. I have never received anything in the mail from Paypal.

Thank you for that.. I guess its because I am still waiting for my payment in some sites that's why I can't receive my 4 digit code yet.. Maybe after getting my card statement they will send me the verification code.. Thanks

This is the best way you can get your PayPal account verified. Simply follow the easy steps. Good luck. The link is found below. This is my own article. sergspogi.hubpages.com/hub/Get-Verified-in-PayPal-Using-Visa-Electron Oh, I forgot mylot does not allow members with comments below 500 to put a link here. So just copy the above link and paste it in your browser. Good luck.

To receive payments, you don't need to get verified. However, to withdraw payments you will need to get verified. In order to verify your Paypal Account, you need to add either your Bank Account details or a Credit Card details to Paypal. After you add a credit card or bank account info to your Paypal Account, you will get your Verification Code in your corresponding Account Statement. If its a Bank Account that you have used, you will get Verification Code in your statement immediately. If you used Credit Card to verify your account, you will have to wait until you get your Credit Card statement for that month.

Thanks you for the information, I have already gotten my Visa Card maybe I'll just need to wait for the Account statement to be able to get the Verification Code..I have already linked my Card to Paypal, so I guess I should be patient enough, I just had my share of confusions about it because I am new here.

Call the bank and tell them that You want to verify your Paypal account. They will ask you your Card Number and Expiry date and then tell you the 4 digit verification code. Hope this helps!

you wont be able to withdraw the funds availabe to your paypal if you are not verified, however there are numerous options to get paypal verified, one of the cheapest and fastes is to get a debit card with a visa logo, and link it with your paypal. You can also withdraw funds using it.
