Prenatal vitamins

Did you take prenatal vitamins before you got pregnant? With my first pregnant I didn't start taking my prenatal vitamins till I found out I was pregnant. It was planned so I didn't know to start taking any since I was on the pill. With my second pregnancy the same as my first pregnancy so I didn't start till I saw I was pregnant. Right now I'm taking prenatal vitamins since I just had a miscarriage almost 4 weeks ago. I'm hoping to get pregnant this month so my doctor told me to get some prenatal vitamins from the store to help with my uterus lining in case I got pregnant right away.

Yes,I did. Women needs more vitamins during pregnancy. Especially natural vitamins from fruits to ensure a healthy pregnancy and for the baby's sake.

The question was did you take them before you found out you where pregnant or after you found out you where pregnant?

I actually only started taking prenatal vitamins after I found out I was pregnant. I didn't start right away, but I did still take them.

Thats good you started after you learned you where pregnant I did that with my daughter right away. As well as with my second pregnancy.

In my first pregnancy I took vegetarian and vegan multivitamin pills. When I found out I was pregnant I took folic acid pills. I did much the same thing in my second pregnancy. In my third pregnancy I took prenatal vitamin pills and very high level folic acid pills. I did that on advice of my doctor because my second child has spina bifida and hyrocephalus. My third baby was born totally healthy. Good luck with getting pregnant and having a happy plus healthy pregnancy.

That didn't answer the question you answer what type you used which wasn't the question. The question was did you start taking your prenatal vitamins before you found out you where pregnant or after you found out you where pregnant?
