Noodle question....what are they made of? Rice?

Noodles are made of flour, egg, water and a bit of salt, mixed together in a bowl and formed a doe, and after that they use a pasta maker to turn it into shreds,they put it on a steamer set for medium cook. then they fry it to make it hard to form the noodles. I saw this procedure once during our factory visit!

In fact I think there are two kinds of noodles. One are made of rice and the other are made of flour. I think the spaghetti/pasta are made of flour. Usually the rice noodles are white and they are much more smoothy. I love China

Noodles are made from wheat. Some made from different kinds of wheat. I don't think there is any noodles made from rice.

They aren't made of rice. They are made out of eggs and flower. It is just simple as that :)

Well..i am noy from Asia but i think that they are a kind of pasta. I have read this in the package.

they're just like pastas. they kinda like made of flour and maybe with soy sometimes. all i know is that they're made like pastas

They can mix it with strawberry, carrot, bit, or pumpkin. I have not tasted them, but I would love to if I have chance.

noodles can be of various types depending on primary ingredient, typical Chinese noodles are generally madeup of wheat or flour, indian noodles(called semiya) is made with rice, i also heard about noodles made up of other ingredients like buckwheat etc..
