do you like to go for morning walk?

hi friends as you all know i am very health councious,i do that all which helps me to live healthy life.......i enjoy going for morning walk however as i am working in nightshift i can not go everyday however.......i do go for walk on my week offs. do you like to go for morning walk? thank you have a great day!!!!!!!!!

I used to take morning walks when I had lessons in school. As it was fresh walk of 15-20 minutes. I felt renewed in mind and thinking. Currently, I do not have any classes at the local school. I do distance study at the present. Every now and then I take refreshing walks. It is good for the circulation.

I like it .. but now I have to do it... as I work mostly at night and come home early morning.. so I walk every morning from work to home...the morning walk really feels good.. there is less of cars on the road and the sun is not that hot..

I used to go for a morning bike ride. I rode seven and a half miles on the greenbelt clear across town and then back. I was a one hundred and ten pounds then and wore a size 1. That about twenty five years ago. Now i rarely leave my house. You have a great day!!

No I don't. I walk from early in the morning till late at night. I seldom sit down even not if I type here. I would not know when to do that, perhaps at 5 am? But I dont have the energy for that, also I am already I can walk at all. Which I hardly could a few years ago.

Walking is a nice way to exercise.As much as possible I do walk in the morning if I do have spare time or just woke up earlier than the usual time I wake up.I just walk for few minutes at the path way in the front of our house.

I love to go for walks but alas, I don't do it so often any more...I don't know why. I get up to the animals calling me and wanting their breakfast. There are goats, dogs and a cat and by thethe time they are taken care of, I am desperate for a coffee and so I start that off then I turn on my modem and computer, sit down for my coffee and that's it. The next time I move is to do my chores then I sit down for my reward coffee and the day is half over.

hi ritzz07 first of all thank you for introducing me on mylot......... yes i do loke to go for morning walk whenever i get time i go for walk,and for morning walk i go on weekends just like you,and whenever i do go my hometown,i make my plan of a day morning walk is one of the plan .....infact i enjoy a lot morning walk........specially in hometown and not here in pune coz in you this cabdrivers and milk sellers start running their vehicles from 4o clock and you cannot get that fresh air which you can get in your hometown......... thanks once again.........

hi ritz07! as much as love to go for morning walks, i am not able to do so. i usually sleep late and wakes up late because of work at home and the shop. one of these days, i will truly arrange my schedule to have "walks" fit in my daily routine, whether it will be in the morning or late in the afternoon. i am just glad to know that you have your morning walks and your health is your primary concern. take care and enjoy life! lovelots..faith210

No, but I do some exercise at home or play some sports during weekends with my nephews. If going to wet market is included the I would say yes as we walk to get there at morning to buy stuff. Light exercise is necessary for everyone and good for the health.(^^)

Yes I do love early morning walk, the earlier the better because I find it so refreshing to feel the morning dew while walking around. I believe walking is the best exercise of all. It is costless and yet very beneficial. It has long been keeping me fit and healthy. I recommend early morning walk to every one. Just do it everyday for at least 30 minutes and you will be fine.

Morning walks are really refreshing...especially the fresh air after the morning dew has reduced the percentage of polluted air mainly from car fumes that we breath in is really a great way to start the day. I personally dont take walk unless I have a destination to head to. But I do make exceptions and that after a storm or a pouring rain day. I always go outside and take in a couple of fresh air.
