which ppc site has the highest paying rate for CPM

Hello guys i guest some of you here know what is CPC(cost per click) and CPM(cost per impression) and i know google adsense has a high paying rate for CPC but very low paying rate for CPM and i want to know if what ppc site has the highest paying rate for CPM(cost per page impression) ? i already search about chitika and i found their average CPM is $0.48 or $0.40 i dont know the paying rate of the other ppc site for CMP please share.
