i decide to trim my waist for this year....

i started the year feeling fat and now i can see traces of that holiday eating eating and eating, now i have decided in my heart to trim my waist for a healthier life and a slimmer feeling with all the exercise that could help me. Its also a matter of eating the proper food to have a smaller waist. Its not lgood to look at with the fat belly that I have. I have to get rid of it. I know its never easy but hard work pays. thank you for sharing in advance and have a nice day.

thats right jeng, but im getting busy everyday, i will not try the 1ok if ill not reach 40 minutes or 30 minutes for 5k, wahehehe. I feel im getting fatter every day. Lets encourage one another jeng. Thank you for sharing and have a nice day. happy mylotting.

I need to do the same thing but am starting off slow! I really need to buckle down and watch what I eat....using more healthy foods to trim the fat! Good luck to you with your endeavor!

hi zelmarq! i really wish that you will achieve your goal! i on the other hand, always psyche myself each week on exercising but always find myself doing other things. haha..however, i have no problem with eating the right or proper food. i have always been eating vegetables and fish for the longest time now. i only eat other meat on special occasions only. take care and enjoy life! lovelots..faith210

First of all I will say that it is a good decision, best of luck for your workouts. Even I also want to trim my waste. So few things I am following are walking, taking stairs instead of using lift. Avoiding lots of sugars and fats which add upon the fat. Drinking lots of water.

Good day Zelmarq! Let me start off by saying... we have the same problem. hahaha. This has been my problem for quite some time now and for someone in her early adulthood, this is kind of a pressure. Yes, maybe others would say that we should love our body but who loves a big tummy anyway? For now, I jog sometimes and now I am trying to trim down my carbohydrate intake.

You are definitely right about those things, especially the effect of too much fat on our heart. I too have to start shedding off some pounds most of it on the belly portion too. It's really a bad combination of eating a bit too much and sitting all throughout the day working.

The holidays have been really fattening. I myself have added an inch or two on my waist. Lots of food give us good reason to eat. Why deprive ourselves anyway? It is just once a year. Anyway we can always go back to our old sexy self by exercising. So I am one with you. Let's exercise and shed that extra waist around our waist. It is just easy. All we need is the will and the determination to keep it till we achieve the purpose. Okay...let's go! And wait, also we have to watch what we eat. Let's indulge in more fruits and veggies and avoid too much carbs.

Yes I will agree with that we need to have a healthy life style today. if we don't have a healthy life stile the chances are we will suffer in the future because of the health problems we will encounter with the unhealthy things that we do today. It is not to late to chge you can do it. You can start by detox process by cleaning the inside of your body removing the toxins. Next you can also need to eat fruits and maybe you can minimize the meat that you intake it also the primary cause of the fats in your body. You need also regular exercise. hope this helps you.

Hi Zelmarq. Goodluck to you and hopefully you achieve your goal. Personally, I always make sure to do exercise in the morning, not only to gain higher energy level for the day, but most specially to trim belly fat and maintain my figure. I love doing sit-ups/crunches for this and I found it very effective. I do 50 counts a day. I have been doing this for years.

That's a good plan. Yeah most of us will actually gain weight due to the holidays because we are tempted to eat a lot of foods. I as well have put on a lot of weight and have been planning to trim down my waist. It's just not easy. Gaining weight is so easy but putting it off is really difficult. We need to really exercise a lot, walk a lot and eat the right foods.
