To me, restlessness is when you can sit still and relax. :) It can remind me of my husband, he has ADHD and ADD. :)

Restlessness is the inability to rest. Your tired but just can't seem to lay down and rest. its also the inability to sleep for maor then a short time.

Not being able to rest, always on the go.
