dark spots due to pimple

i feel like i have smooth skin when i touch it, but when i look into a mirror it appear rather uneven in tone, plus there are lot of distortion left by pimple, i wont tag them as dark spots but i dont know how to refer to them...i tried to take picture but these distortion are quiet light, but even then i wont like to get rid of them...Please help me..

if there are products from the philippines called ponds detox in your country then grab one this is a detox cream that can fix your uneven tone but if its not available then go for pro activ if still not available try some home remedies or better try to consult a dermatologist
